Service Agreement
By using Caterbyte's AI and website services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your deliverables, timelines, and pricing are set by the package you select and any written service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
- Services are delivered based on your plan and any signed SOW/service agreement
- AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use (especially customer-facing)
- Some functionality relies on third-party tools/integrations that may have separate terms and limitations
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials and account access secure
- All activity under your account (except where caused by Caterbyte systems)
- Providing accurate setup info (menus, pricing, policies, hours, availability, etc.)
- Using the services lawfully and only sharing content you have rights to use
Service Availability
We work to keep Caterbyte reliable and accessible, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
- We aim for high availability and monitor performance continuously
- Planned maintenance may occur; we'll give notice when reasonably possible
- Support channels and response times depend on your plan and will be outlined in your service agreement
- Interruptions can happen due to internet issues or third-party outages outside our control
Service Limitations
Please note the following limitations:
- AI assists your team—it does not replace human judgment; review outputs before relying on them
- Custom requests depend on feasibility and scope and may require added time/cost
- Third-party integrations may change or break due to external updates or provider limits
- Data handling and retention follow our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement terms
